Financial Planning and Scholarships for International Students
Few colleges and universities in the United States provide financial support of more than half of all costs to attend, and even fewer provide full support. American students at Albion College, like most students at other schools, pay anywhere from half of the cost of their education up to the full cost. International students often receive scholarships at Albion College, but you should consider an American college education an investment you and your family or sponsors are willing to make. Albion College policies limit any academic scholarship to international students to 45% of total costs, or approximately $14,500 each academic year. Students who demonstrate the highest academic potential, and bring significant co-curricular interests to our campus will be considered for scholarships up to $14,500. Albion College does not provide full scholarship support for international students. Albion College offers academic and special talent scholarships for full-time international students. Award levels are determined by the Vice President for Enrollment Management. Notification of an academic or special talent scholarship is made at the time of admission, and denoted in the student’s acceptance letter.
