Important Dates for Accepted Students
February 2, 2008 - Interview, Audition, Portfolio Review Day I
Interview for one of Albion's six Institutes, audition for a fine
arts scholarship, share your art portfolio, tour campus, meet with
coaches, have lunch and experience Albion first hand. February 18,
2008 - Accepted Student Day
No school on President's Day? Come visit Albion and make the most of
your day off. Spend the night on the 17th or drive in on Monday and
learn what Albion can offer you! March 1, 2008 - Interview,
Audition, Portfolio Day II
(See above) March 1, 2008 - FAFSA Priority Deadline
Go online to www.fafsa.ed.gov
(after January 1) to complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid. This is one form we require for need-based aid. Please contact the
Office of Admission if you have any questions regarding the FAFSA.
March 15, 2008 - Financial Aid Awarding Begins
The Office of Financial Aid begins mailing financial aid award
letters in the middle of March. You can contact your Admission Counselor
with any questions you have about your award at 800-858-6770. May
1, 2008 - National Candidate Reply Date
Enrollment deposits should be postmarked by this date to reserve
your place in the Albion College class of 2012! Courtesy notes to the
other schools that admitted you are appreciated. May 30, June 2, 4,
& 6 - SOAR (Student Orientation Advising and Registration)
Paperwork on these sessions will be mailed later this spring!
Students who have deposited will have preference of their top choice of
session dates. (Orientation is a one day commitment only.) August 22, 2008 -
Move-In Day!
Start your journey as an Albion College Briton. You'll receive
mailings earlier in the summer informing you of your roommate and
detailing what you may or may not bring. |
