You may request a copy of your approved Deferred Agreement at Final
Enrollment.
The Albion College Deferred Fee Agreement requires all
participants to pay one-half of their total current fees upon enrollment.
It is recommended that this amount be sent in advance.
If that is not possible, it must be paid at Final Enrollment on August 20, 2007.

In lieu of paying in cash on Final Enrollment day, I
request that I be allowed to defer $ _____________ (not over 50% of total
current fees) of the tuition and
other fees due Albion college on August 20, 2007.
In making this request, I understand that I will be charged
a time charge differential equal to 1 ¼% per month on any unpaid balance
commencing on final enrollment day for Fall Semester 2007.
The additional charge for paying tuition an fees on credit is equal to an
annual rate of 15% of the unpaid balance.
I understand that the payments will be due in two
installments. The first payment of
the one-half of the balance is due on September 26, 2007 and the final payment is
due on October 26, 2007 with the respective time charge differential. In the event of delinquency on either of the aforementioned
payments, I understand that the entire unpaid balance becomes due immediately.
I acknowledge that failure to meet an installment,
automatically cancels the privilege of class attendance and will prevent class
registration for hte next semester.
I agree to pay all attorneys’ fees and other reasonable
collection costs and charges necessary for the collection of any amount not paid
when due.
