ALBION COLLEGE INFORMATION SYSTEM (ACIS)

The Albion College Information System is the Student's access point for Web related services.  The Accounting Office is pleased to offer access to the Student Account.

You will need your User ID and your six digit PIN.  This is different from your phone system PIN.

To obtain your PIN you will need to report to the Registrar's Office in the administration building with your validated Student ID.  Once verified, the Registrar will give you your PIN.

Please read the following before viewing your account information!

As you proceed through the menu you notice that there are two views of your student account.

1.  Account Summary:  This is a cumulative summary of all charge types during your semesters spent at Albion.  

2.  Account Summary by Term:  This is a summary of all charge types during a particular term.  The most recent term is first.  Please scroll down to view previous terms.

You may notice that the total of the term charges does not necessarily equal the term credits.  If there was a balance (credit or debit) at the end of a term, it was rolled forward into the next term.

Your account balance at the top of the page is your current balance.

Your term balance is the balance for that term.  Remember: Even though your term charges and term credits do not net to zero, your term balance will be zero as your term balance was rolled forward.
