Graduation Audit Forms

These are the blank graduation audit sheets used by the Registrar's Office to determine if a student has met all graduation requirements. There is a specific form for each major per academic year. In most cases, student "academic year" matches the student number, which is based on the student's year of entry to the College (e.g., for student number 002006000, use the 2006-07 academic year audit form).
