Physics Scholarship Application

The Physics Department at Albion College has four scholarships that may be available for the 2013-14 academic year for current and incoming students who intend to major in physics or participate in the dual-degree engineering program.

  • The Alumni/Faculty Endowed Physics Scholarship is established through gifts from alumni and faculty to honor new or returning students who intend to major in physics or pursue the pre-engineering track.

  • The Dorothy and David Kammer Scholarship in Physics was established by the Kammers to support highly qualified current and incoming students who are considering a major in physics.

  • The Charles W. Ricker Scholarship in Physics was established by Helene Ricker to honor an incoming student, with an exemplary academic record, who intends to major in physics.

  • The Norma J. Taber Scholarship for Women in Engineering was established by Norma J. Taber, '78, and is presented each year to an outstanding woman who is participating in the combined-course program in engineering.
