E&M's Steve Christian Receives Statewide CPA Honor

Steve Christian, adjunct instructor of accounting in Albion College's Economics and Management Department, was recently honored by the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) for his service as the association's task force chair for educators.

Christian was presented with an award during MICPA's annual awards dinner September 30 at Shenandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield. Other honorees included Governor Rick Snyder, who received the MICPA's Outstanding CPA in Government Impact Award.

A resident of Jackson, Christian is currently teaching Managerial/Cost Accounting and Intermediate Accounting I at Albion.
