Communication Studies

What you'll study.

Communication: It's the process that makes us human. It's how we develop our identities. How we grow and become effective. And how we establish, maintain, and change our societies. It's a study that's central to the mission of the liberal arts. Majors and minors.

What you'll do.

Investigate (in real-world settings) how humans use signs and symbols to communicate. Research interpersonal, public, organizational, or mass communications contexts. And spend a semester off campus somewhere in the U.S. or abroad. Internship opportunities.
