Segovia, Spain - Midwest Consortia for Study Abroad (MCSA) in cooperation with AHA

Subjects: Spanish civilization and language, history and culture, art and literature, and business

Prerequisites: Minimum 2.7 GPA, junior-level standing and demonstrated maturity, plus 2 years of college level Spanish.

Length: Semester or academic year. Summer program is 6 weeks.

Credit: 1 class = 4 semester hours; 16 semester hours credit = 4 Albion units

Faculty: Classes are taught by accredited Spanish instructors experienced in working with students from the U.S. and recognizing their needs.

Housing: With host families.

Costs not covered by Albion: Travel to Spain; textbooks; miscellaneous personal expenses.

Comments:  Student Visa is required for a stay in Spain that exceeds 6 months. The AHA application process is in two steps. A student first submits a preliminary application and a deposit, followed by a secondary application. AHA has a rolling admissions policy. Students are encouraged to apply early to complete the application process.
