Subjects: Students may select from many classes, included Wollongong's academic highlights of interdisciplinary research for areas such as manufacturing, Policy and Social Impact, Communications and Information's society, Environment, engineering, Australian Studies, Marine Science, Psychology, Business, Information Technology, and Quality of Life.
Prerequisites: Minimum 3.0 GPA, junior-level standing and demonstrated maturity.

Housing: Single-room and double-room dormitory-style halls. Some possibilities of shared apartment living. Because on-campus housing is very limited, students should apply early.

Comments: The University of Wollongong was established in 1952 with a student population of 14,000 from over 60 countries. Today Wollongong has the largest regional art gallery in Australia. Many buildings on campus have a view of the pacific Ocean, since the campus rests at the foot of Mt. Keria. Wollongong is an hour long train ride from Sydney.
