Boot Camp Class
Monday and Wednesday, 4 p.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday, 8 a.m.-9 a.m.
Location: Meet in the Atrium of the Dow.
Are you looking for something a little more challenging than your regular exercise routine? The Boot Camp Class will be set up as a circuit to work both your cardiovascular system and your muscles. Activities will use your both own body weight for resistance and a variety of equipment to tone and strengthen your whole body. The class will end with a complete stretching routine to add in your flexibility as well. Due to equipment limitation, this class will have a limit of 18 students.
Students who complete 12 classes will get a free t-shirt!
