- In a nutshell, what do you do?
- Health systems research with a focus on improving population health in low- and middle-income countries. My own research, in Uganda, aims to contribute evidence on improving access to quality healthcare services in government facilities, by focusing on optimizing health workforce management.
- Why do you love what you do?
- Research on health systems is exciting, fulfilling, and rewarding. Working abroad, I have the privilege to learn from and collaborate with wonderful colleagues, and also to satisfy my love for travel and adventure.

- My Albion education gave me a taste for research through the FURSCA program and a supportive environment to grow and gain the skills I needed for the next steps in my career.
