Payroll & Other Important Dates for the Academic Year

Students: It is your responsibility to verify your time entry by the specified date each pay period. Not verifying your time entry may delay the processing of your paycheck until the next scheduled pay date.

Supervisors: You must approve all time sheets by the stated date to ensure that your student employees are paid on the scheduled pay date.

Check Delivery: During the Academic year, student pay checks are delivered to your Kellogg Center post office box by 10:30 a.m. on the pay date shown above

Direct Deposit: Students are strongly encouraged to participate in the direct deposit option for receiving their pay. A significant benefit of this program is the flexibility of not having to be on campus on pay day, which is particularly helpful for pay days that fall at the end of semesters and/or during breaks.

*May 7th, 2013 Pay. Your pay checks/stubs will be mailed home if unclaimed for more than one week after a pay date. To have a check mailed home sooner than this, the student must present a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the Human Resources office prior to leaving campus and prior to the actual pay date. If a student wants his or her pay check mailed to an address other than the mailing address on record the student must follow the above instructions and present his or her student ID at the time of delivery of the self-addressed envelope.

**For the dates indicated above. Your pay check/stub will be mailed to your permanent Mailing Address on record with the College. To have your check sent to your KC box or otherwise held for you the student must contact Human Resources in writing (email preferred to This email address is being protected from spambots. If a student wants his or her pay check mailed to an address other than the mailing address on record the student must submit a self-addressed envelope and present his or her student ID at the time of delivery of the self-addressed envelope to Human Resources.

 SUMMER PAYROLL DATES

*Please note this last pay period of the summer ends on a Saturday. If your students are working on Friday (August 16th) they must be added to the Online Time Clock without selecting the "Summer" designation.

Supervisors must approve time sheets by 1:00 PM of the day after the end of a pay period

Student paychecks will be delivered to the Kellogg Center the morning of the pay date and will need to be signed for. Please make certain to take your student ID with you.
