Albion College welcomes applications for a full time Records Clerk in Institutional Advancement. Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter who can maintain confidentiality of information as it relates to donors and gifts to the College. Responsibilities include maintaining records of College constituents, updating and retrieving data, scanning and indexing documents,gift and pledge processing, generating reports including correspondence, serving as a point-person for the scholarship and other endowment files (paper and electronic), and assisting with special projects. Position is represented by ACESPA. $13.94/hour start, $14.14 after probation with ACESPA membership, $14.34 after six months. Excellent benefits.
