The Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service is seeking a Coordinator to begin November 2013. This is a full-time, 11-month, administrative position. The Coordinator will assist the Institute Director and Associate Director in the recruitment of new students, and in coordinating and supervising field trips, speaker visits, social events, and special symposia. Duties also include responsibility for routine communication with students, faculty, parents, and alumni, and for creating/maintaining computerized information management systems in recruitment, student performance, budget, schedules, internships, and alumni accomplishments. Maintenance of the Institute website and publishing and mailing newsletters are also responsibilities. Routine office work is also required.
