Albion College seeks an energetic, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Admission Counselor/Assistant Director of Admission. The position will report to the Director of Admission and will be responsible for the recruitment of a specific geographical territory. Some night and weekend work will be required and this position includes 6-9 weeks of travel each year.
The Admission Counselor or Assistant Director represent the college on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process. Other duties include the planning and implementation of recruitment activities for assigned high schools and territories. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to new staff members given prior experience. A more specific summary of responsibilities can be found on the Albion College website.
