Albion College, a selective, private, residential liberal arts college, invites applications for the position of Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, which is part of a team that comprises the Division of Student Affairs.
The Assistant Dean's responsibilities include to (a) improve retention including individual student interventions and case management; (b) coordinate Student Affairs Office internal and external communications such as develop and manage content across multiple social networking platforms, internet, and print; publish news bulletins; (c) assist to implement and assess the Division of Student Affairs competency program that offers students who participate the opportunity to receive co-curricular validation; and (d) perform crisis management and judicial affairs functions. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
